The Environment

The Harbour Lights Green Team are charged with reducing the impact we have as a thriving restaurant on the local area and wider environment.  We use bio-degradable products where we can, we focus on recycling and reusing and ensure we minimise our carbon foot print by sourcing locally.  Most of this happens behind the scenes, but during the summer you may well see our litter patrols and maybe Sam Cod out and about.  We are positioned just on the edge of the harbor, we don’t want to spoil the view.
